Der Eierproduzent Heidegold ruft rund 100.000 braune Eier aus Bodenhaltung zurück. Die betroffenen Chargen sollen vor allem beim Lebensmittel-Discounter Netto verkauft worden sein. An den Schalen von Eiern aus zwei Produktionseinheiten seien bei amtlichen Proben Salmonellen festgestellt worden, teilte das Unternehmen mit Sitz im niedersächsischen Fintel mit.

Keine Salmonellen im Innern der Eier

Im Innern der Eier seien aber keine Salmonellen nachgewiesen worden. Salmonellen können Magen-Darm-Infektionen verursachen.

Diese Chargen sind betroffen:

Die Firma Heidegold ruft rund 100.000 braune Eier aus Bodenhaltung zurück. Es handelt sich um Chargen, die vor allem beim Discounter Netto verkauft wurden. Es besteht der Verdacht, dass die Eier mit Salmonellen verseucht sind.

Wegen Salmonellen-Verdachts ruft die Firma Heidegold etwa 100.000 Eier zurück. Betroffen sind bestimmte Chargen, die hauptsächlich beim Lebensmitteldiscounter Netto verkauft wurden. Es geht um Eier aus Bodenhaltung.

An zwei Chargen wurden bei amtlichen Proben Salmonellen an den Schalen entdeckt worden. Im Inneren der Eier wurden die Bakterien nicht nachgewiesen. Salmonellen können Magen-Darm-Infektionen auslösen.

Viele verdächtige Eier bei Netto verkauft

Konkret geht es um Eier der Größen M und L mit Haltbarkeitsdatum 31. März 2017 und den Stempelaufdrucken 2-DE-0351921 und 2-DE-1327781. Sie wurden bei Netto in Teilen von Niedersachsen, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Schleswig-Holstein verkauft.

Außerdem betroffen sind Eier aller Größen mit Haltbarkeitsdatum 28. März 2017 und den Stempelaufdrucken 2-DE-0351921 und 2-DE-1327781. Diese Eier wurden über verschiedene andere Verkaufsstätten, darunter auch Großhändler, in Niedersachsen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Hessen vertrieben.

Kaufpreis wird bei Rückgabe erstattet

In den betroffenen Läden wurden die Eier bereits aus den Regalen genommen. Kunden, die Produkte aus den Chargen gekauft haben, können diese zurückgeben und erhalten den Kaufpreis erstattet.

Der Hühnerhof Heidegold ruft Eier vom Verbraucher zurück, die teilweise bei dem Lebensmitteldiscounter Netto verkauft wurden. Aber auch andere kleinere Händler haben die Eier verkauft. Auf den Schalen der Eier wurden bei einer Überprüfung Salmonellen festgestellt. Wir erklären, wie Sie sich jetzt verhalten sollten und wie Sie die Eier zurückgeben.

Salmonellen in, auf oder an Lebensmitteln sind keine Lappalie. Schließlich stellen Salmonellen eine ernsthafte Gesundheitsgefahr für den Menschen dar. Haben Sie sich mit Salmonellen infiziert, können als Beschwerden Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Kopfschmerzen und Durchfall auftreten. In der Pressemitteilung vom Hühnerhof Heidegold wird betont, dass die Salmonellen nicht in den Eiern, sondern auf der Schale der Eier, nachgewiesen wurden. Aus unserer Sicht macht das allerdings keinen großen Unterschied. Im Gegenteil: Es ist denkbar, dass die Salmonellen dadurch noch leichter auf andere Lebensmittel übertragen werden könnten. Schließlich kommen die Eier in der Küche oft bereits im ungeöffneten Zustand mit anderen Lebensmitteln in Kontakt, auch wenn das beispielsweise nur über die Arbeitsplatte geschieht, auf der das Ei abgelegt wird. Sie sollten deshalb sehr vorsichtig sein und darauf achten, dass die betroffenen Eier nicht mit anderen Lebensmitteln in Kontakt kommen.

Heidegold: Eier-Rückruf wegen Salmonellen-Verdacht

Heidegold ruft rund 100.000 ihrer Eier aus Bodenhaltung zurück – wegen des Verdachts auf Salmonellen. Die Eier wurden vor allem beim Discounter Netto verkauft. Eine Salmonellen-Vergiftung ist eine Lebensmittelinfektion, die beim Menschen Magen-Darm-Erkrankungen und Durchfall hervorrufen kann.

Heidegold-Rückruf trifft Eier von „Netto“

Die Salmonellen wurden bei einer Routineuntersuchung zufällig in zwei Chargen brauner Eiern aus Bodenhaltung entdeckt. Dabei befanden sich die Bakterien auf der Schale der Eier – nicht in den Eiern selbst. Die Eier wurden insbesondere vom Lebensmittel-Discounter Netto in den Bundesländern Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Schleswig-Holstein verkauft. Festgestellt wurden die Salmonellen auf den folgenden Chargen:

• Bodenhaltungseier aller Gewichtsklassen mit Haltbarkeitsdatum 28. März 2017 und Aufdruck 2-DE-0351921 und 2-DE-1327781. Diese Eier wurden über diverse andere Verkaufsstätten, darunter auch Großhändler, in Niedersachsen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Hessen vertrieben.
• Bodenhaltungseier der Größen M und L mit Haltbarkeitsdatum 31. März 2017 und Aufdruck 2-DE-0351921 und 2-DE-1327781. Sie wurden bei Netto in Teilen von Niedersachsen, Bremen, Hamburg, Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Schleswig-Holstein verkauft.

Heidegold hat alle belieferten Unternehmen informiert und die dort vorhandenen Restmengen zurückgerufen. Kunden, die entsprechend deklarierte Eier gekauft haben, können diese bei ihren Einkaufsstätten zurückgeben und erhalten den Kaufpreis zurück. Heidegold ist laut Foodwatch Report 2015 mit mehreren Millionen Hühnern der zweitgrößte Eierproduzent in Deutschland.

Unser Tipp: Eier aus Bodenhaltung meiden!

Wir empfehlen, grundsätzlich keine Eier aus Bodenhaltung zu kaufen. Was zunächst besser klingt als die in der EU untersagte „Käfighaltung“, bedeutet für die Tiere kaum bessere Haltungsbedingungen: In Wirklichkeit teilen sich mitunter 18 Hühner einen Quadratmeter. Wegen der Vogelgrippe gelten aktuell jedoch andere Regeln, denn faktisch werden die meisten Hühner – egal ob Freiland- oder Bio-Haltung – derzeit drinnen gehalten. Nach 12 Wochen Stallhaltung müssen auch Freilandeier als Eier aus Bodenhaltung bezeichnet werden.

Bei Bio-Haltung gelten nochmals andere Regeln: Eine Henne muss ein Drittel ihrer rund 80 Wochen Lebenszeit draußen leben – erst nach etwa 50 Wochen Stallhaltung müssen Bio-Verpackungen mit dem Zusatz Bodenhaltung deklariert werden. 1. Eier aus Bodenhaltung sind aufgrund der Haltungsform anfälliger für derartige Verunreinigungen. Dies lässt sich produktionstechnisch nur eingeschränkt verhindern.

2. In diesem Fall haben die internen Kontrollen des Herstellers funktioniert.

3. Die Bakterien befinden sich auf der äußeren Schale. Bei einem sachgerechten Umgang mit den Eiern besteht für mich als Verbraucher keinerlei Gefahr.

4. Eier dürfen in Deutschland nicht vor dem Kauf gewaschen werden. Dies hätte die Bakterien sicher beseitigt, allerdings die Haltbarkeit der Eier verkürzt. Das wäre auf der Verpackung entsprechend angegeben worden. Das ist dem Gesetzgeber leider egal.

Der Produzent ruft rund 100 000 braune Eier aus Bodenhaltung zurück. Sie wurden vor allem bei Netto verkauft.

An den Schalen von Eiern aus zwei Chargen seien bei amtlichen Proben Salmonellen festgestellt worden, erklärte das Unternehmen.

Im Innern der Eier seien aber keine Salmonellen nachgewiesen worden. Salmonellen können Magen-Darm-Infektionen verursachen.

Betroffen sind Eier der Größen M und L mit Haltbarkeitsdatum 31. März 2017 und den Stempelaufdrucken 2-DE-0351921 und 2-DE-1327781 auf den Eiern.
