Milka Choco Cheesecake - Süße Überraschung von JACOBS Krönung

Die Küchlein schmecken wirklich sehr lecker und sind bei uns immer superschnell verputzt. Auch das Kaffeepulver wird bei uns natürlich zum Einsatz kommen.

Nun musste der Kuchen nur noch bei 150g für 50 Minuten in den Ofen, anschließend sollte er noch für weitere 60 Minuten im ausgeschalteten Backofen auskühlen. Ihr seht also, für "mal eben" ist der Kuchen nichts. Bei uns war die Kaffeezeit schon vorbei, ehe der Kuchen aus dem Ofen kam. Zeit muss man schon mit einplanen.

Dann kam der Probiertest und was soll ich sagen? Unter "fluffig-leichtem Cheesecake" (Zitat Milka!) versteh ich etwas vollkommen anderes. Der Kuchen war wirklich pappsüß und liegt mir unheimlich schwer im Magen. Man konnte nur eine sehr kleine Menge Kuchen essen, denn er macht unglaublich satt. Und bei mir hat er auch nicht sonderlich schokoladig geschmeckt, die weiße Creme war wirklich dominant. Ich habe glaube ich bei einem Stück Kuchen noch nie so kämpfen müssen. Zu seiner Verteidigung ist zu sagen, dass er etwas besser bekömmlich ist, wenn er im Kühlschrank gewesen ist. Dann ist die Creme etwas fester und alles ist irgendwie "durchgezogen", wie ein Käsekuchen eben.

den habe ich auch gerade im Ofen. Ja, in 2 Stunden kriegt man das kaum hin. Auch ich bin an der Pappform schier verzweifelt, du hast dich sicher nicht zu dumm angestellt, das ist wirklich eine Fehlkonstruktion. Nach etwa 20 Minuten fummeln habe ich sie schließlich hingekriegt, aber da war mir die Lust auch fast vergangen. Mit 10 Minuten vorbereiten und und nach 1 stunde geniessen, das wird nix. Ich denke, der ist bald wieder weg vom Fenster.

Du hast, soweit ich das rauslesen konnte, 3 statt 2 Eiern benutzt, was die zu weiche Konsistenz deines Kuchens erklären würde. Ich hab ihn auch gerade im Ofen und fand, anders als du, das sich die Backform nach kurzem Überlegen doch recht gut aufbauen ließ. In 10 Minuten allerdings war er nicht zubereitet. Hallo Anna Lala, danke für deine Nachricht und den Hinweis! Ich vermute eher, dass ich mich im Bericht vertippt habe ;) Bei mir war einzig die Backform anders und dass ich die Kuhflecken überhaupt nicht hingekriegt habe.
